What do I need to use your service?

A library card is issued for each organisation.

A named representative must take personal responsibility for any material borrowed. This is usually the person who collects and returns the sets.

Before borrowing anything, each organisation will need:

• a valid organisation library card with up to date contact details
• proof of rehearsal address details (if rehearsing within the Birmingham boundary)

These must both be renewed annually.

If an organisation's proposed representative is not already a member of Birmingham Libraries, they should join online.
