Concrete power floating

Concrete power floating cannot always be undertaken within preferred hours of operation for noisy activities. The council receives a high number of complaints due to this issue.

The council strongly advises that these noisy works are not carried out whilst residents are sleeping.

If the works must be carried out at such times, the Environmental Protection Unit (EPU) must be notified.

Local residents must be:

• informed in writing
• given a contact phone number for any queries or issues
