Service update for issue of temporary licences
With effect from 1 April 2024, the Licensing service will no longer be issuing temporary licences for renewal applications.
Please note an application can be submitted up to ten weeks in advance and should be submitted no later than three weeks prior to expiry.
Whilst every effort will be made to process applications submitted later than that, it may not be possible to complete a renewal before the current licence expires.
