Events and exhibitions

Our events programme includes talks, workshops and activities on a wide range of topics to help you get the most from your research. There are events for everyone – whether your research is for pleasure, work or formal study. For example you can learn how to decipher historic handwriting, how to interpret historic records, and find out more about specific archive, heritage and photography collections.

Don’t forget our programme of exhibitions in the Discovery Gallery (floor 3) and Digital Gallery (view from Book Browse) too, showcasing some of the treasures from the collections.
