Description
Boutonniere plaques are supplied with a dedicated posy holder and a personalised inscription of your choice. They can also be enhanced with a decorative motif, symbol or ceramic plate.
At Sutton Coldfield crematorium, you can choose from a standard pergola plaque for cloisters or the smaller design boutonniere plaque.
Plaques are leased for 10 years before renewal or collection.
