Pets
Most temporary accommodation does not allow pets.
Some charities run pet fostering schemes. These are for people who have to move into emergency accommodation or refuges for reasons such as:
- homelessness
- illness
- domestic abuse
These are some charities which run this scheme:
- The Freedom Project is run by Dogs Trust in many parts of England and Scotland
- Lets with Pets has advice on finding a tenancy that accepts pets
