The Jewellery Quarter neighbourhood development plan

The original application for designation was made to the council in 2014.

The Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Plan Forum worked to develop their neighbourhood plan and submitted their proposed plan to the council in 2022.

Birmingham City Council consulted on the plan in the summer 2022, and sent it to the independent examiner in the autumn 2022. The independent examiner assessed the neighbourhood plan and submitted his report.

On 10 March 2023, the council published the decision statement and the examiners report.
