Data we may collect
To allow us to make decisions on their applications, individuals must provide us with some personal data. In a small number of circumstances individuals will provide us with ‘special category data’ in support of their application (e.g. evidence of medical history). The information collected may include the following:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Bank/financial details
- Sensitive personal data (special category data)
- Identifying information of third parties (e.g. planning agents who submit an application on your behalf)
We may also receive information about you from the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, other council departments or from complainants if this data is relevant to a planning application.
