How to complete your tenant satisfaction surveys
There are 2 ways for you to complete a tenant satisfaction survey.
Telephone surveys
We have asked Acuity, a market research company who specialise in the social housing sector, to carry out telephone surveys every 3 months throughout 2025. Surveys will take 8 to 10 minutes to complete.
Calls will take place:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 8:00pm
Saturdays - 10:00am to 6:00pm
So that you know the calls are genuine, they will be made from a Birmingham based number starting '0121' and ending '0405'.
In-person
Housing officers will offer you the opportunity to complete a paper copy of your TSM survey during routine visits and engagement events.
