All parts of this form must be completed and failure to do so will result in a delay in awarding any relief.
It is a criminal offence for a ratepayer to give false information when making an application for small business rate relief, and checks will be done to verify the information provided.
Supporting Documents
You must provide evidence in support of your application, this should include:
- a copy of the last two years of accounts (audited where available)
Further evidence which can also be included are:
- Bank statements
- Cash flow statement
- Order book
- Business Plan
This list is not exhaustive. Make sure you include any other evidence which you believe will support your application.
We may need to ask you for further information. If so, we will allow a minimum of 1 month for you to provide it. If we do not receive it, we will still consider your application but only on the basis of the information and evidence in our possession.
