Landlord portal (confirmation email address) Register with your email address The Landlord portal can be used by landlords (who are resident within the United Kingdom) and receive direct payments for housing benefit or monies for discretionary housing payments. The Landlord portal is not be available to citizens. Each landlord must register for the portal. To do this you will need to provide a valid email address. Once we have received an email address, we will send you an invite to the portal and will stop paper letters being sent through the post.
