Urgent Care Team Single Point of Access (SPA)
The Urgent Community Response team provide urgent care to people in their homes, which helps avoid hospital admissions.

The service is available to Birmingham and Solihull residents from 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week.
Admiral Nurses Dementia Helpline
The specialist dementia nurses will give free, expert advice and support, and are there for you when you need help.

Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Connect Support Line
If you are affected by dementia, worried about a diagnosis, or you are a carer, trained staff are ready to give you the support you need.
Calls to the support line are charged at a local rate.

Continuing HealthCare (CHC) fast-track funding
If you have a rapidly deteriorating condition or are entering the final weeks of life, you may need ‘fast-tracking’ for immediate support of NHS continuing healthcare.
This is care funded and arranged by the NHS.
