Pay other housing charges
You may be liable to pay other housing charges (‘sundry debts’) including:
- repairs for damage, known as ‘rechargeable repairs’
- if you have a Careline alarm
- rent if you have a shared equity account
If you are a shared equity customer on a low income, you may be able to claim Universal Credit or Housing Benefit to pay for all or part of your rent.
If you have received an invoice there are various ways you can pay
You will need your 12-digit payment reference.
You must contact the Sundry Debts Team on 0121 675 2420 or 0121 303 3350 to discuss your options if you:
- cannot pay your sundry debt
- do not agree with the amount
- receive a letter stating you are being taken to court because you have not paid a sundry debt
- receive a Notice Seeking Possession for non-payment on a garage account
- miss a payment with your court order
If you pay too much on your sundry debt we aim to refund any credit on your account within 10 working days once we have checked that your account is in credit and you have no other debts to be cleared.
