Report an industrial accident
Dial 999 and ask for the Fire Service to report an industrial accident.
We enforce health and safety laws through routine inspections. We will investigate complaints about dangerous incidents, serious accidents and unsafe practices. We generally respond to these reports by calling the employer, writing to them and visiting their premises.
