Tell us if something else has changed

You should let us know if your circumstances have changed since you were awarded a discount or exemption.

Changes can include:

• going into hospital, a care home or sheltered accommodation
• people moving into or out of your house (for example your partner, a child or lodger)
• your child turning 18

You must contact us within 21 days of a change to your household as we will need to check that you are still eligible. If you do not tell us about the change, you may be fined £70.
