Passport for groups of people with special needs
A Group Passport to Leisure card is available for organisations representing groups of people with physical, learning or sensory disabilities.
To request a Group Passport, write to the manager of the centre you want to use. The letter must be printed on your organisation’s official headed paper.
The group card lets you bring up to ten people, plus carers, to use Birmingham City Council run sport and leisure facilities.
If a carer wants to use the leisure facilities while they are accompanying someone with special needs, they can pay the discounted Passport to Leisure fee.
Carers are always admitted free if they are accompanying someone with special needs who is swimming.
