City Housing Involvement Board (CHIB)
The City Housing Involvement Board (CHIB) is an important link between the council and our tenants and leaseholders.
As well as influencing policy, each year, the CHIB has a part to play in setting rents and assessing budgets.
One representative from each Local Housing Involvement Board (LHIB) sits on the CHIB.
The CHIB also oversees the Tenant Scrutiny Group and Leasehold Involvement Board.
