Buildings insurance for leaseholders
We arrange buildings insurance cover for leaseholders, including properties bought through Right to Buy. It is important there is one single policy that covers fire and other risks which could affect the whole building.
We currently use Allianz to provide buildings insurance to cover our leasehold properties. The policy covers your home including damage caused by:
- fire, storm, or flood
- malicious damage
- aircraft
- falling trees
- theft
- subsidence
