Getting back your removed vehicle

To get your vehicle back, contact our vehicle pound contractors. When you visit the vehicle pound you will be invited to inspect the condition of your vehicle before leaving.

Before your vehicle can be released you must provide proof of ownership of the vehicle (the Vehicle Registration Certificate, DVLA form V5C - showing your name and address) together with two forms of identification, one of which must be photographic. If you have just bought the vehicle we will accept your insurance documents and your New Keepers Supplement (V5C/2).

You will be required to pay the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and the vehicle removal fee of £105 plus a storage charge of £12 per day starting from midnight on the day after the date of removal.
