Landlords forum
The forum aims to aid, inform and guide private landlords in Birmingham. It also gives landlords a platform to discuss issues that affect them.
Meetings can include discussions on issues such as:
- affordable warmth
- hazard ratings
- grant or loan funding
- tenancy deposit systems
- accreditation

Birmingham Landlords Steering Group (BLSG)
The BLSG are volunteers who:
- help organise the next Landlords Forum
- work with us to find ways of sharing information with landlords
