Pay your Gambling Act 2005 premises licence annual fees
The first annual fee for the licence must be paid within 30 days of the initial grant date of the licence. Future annual fees will be payable on the anniversary of the licence coming into force (the effective date).
As part of our service improvements to make our services accessible online, we are now encouraging all annual fees to be paid online via the link below.
Having reviewed our processes, there is no legal requirement for the Licensing Authority to invoice and/or notify licence holders when their fee is due. Therefore, we will not write to you to remind you when to pay from 1 November 2023.
How to pay
Before making a payment, please ensure that you have your premises licence number to hand as you will need this to complete your payment.
Pay online
You can pay online by debit or credit card using the link below.
You will need to sign into the portal with your BRUM account login details or register if you do not already have an account.
Under the Licensing menu you will find an option for Gambling Act 2005 where you can pay your first annual fee or your annual fee for your Premises Licence.
If you need assistance navigating the portal and paying your fee, we have created a user guide to help.
