Supporting information and enquiry form

The Landlord Portal is a web application.

All users will need a username and password to access the portal.

When you register for an account, you are given your; username and password.

Your username and password are sent in separate emails.

Check your junk box if you are expecting an invite email but have not yet received one.

Logging in for the first time

You must follow the link in the username invite email to log into the Landlord Portal for the first time.

You will be expected to change your password once you have logged in for the first time.

Setting up new users

As a landlord you will be able to set up your own users.

This is done through the first account you were given.

From this account, you can create other usernames and passwords. You can give usernames to people in your organisation, to allow them to log into the portal.

You will be also able to delete users and lock their accounts if needed.
