- Two offences following a complaint received and subsequent inspection of Subway, 116 High Street, Kings Heath, Birmingham. One offence of failing to have permanent procedures in place based on HACCP principles, internal systems were contradictory to franchiser issued systems. The Manager was unaware of the systems in place and systems were not in place to ensure persons with English as a second language fully understood training and processes. One offence of placing food on the market which was unsafe, in that a customer was provided with two sandwiches containing gluten despite gluten free bread being ordered.
