- Two offences relating to conditions at Chip Stop, 507 Slade Road, Erdington, Birmingham. There was evidence of mouse activity within the premises. There were holes in the kitchen cupboard ceiling identified as ingress points for mice. The premises and kitchen equipment were not kept clean. There was a heavy build-up of grease and food debris on tandoori ovens, rotational chicken oven, metal preparation tables, gas hobs/stoves. There was an accumulation of food debris and grease to lower levels of food equipment, fixtures and fittings in the front service kitchen. The kitchen floor behind, beneath and between food equipment was littered with mouse droppings and accumulations of grease and food debris.
