- Eight offences; six offences of providing misleading information when supplying vehicles under off-premise and distance contracts, namely that the consumer had cancellation rights, one relating to supplying a Ford Fiesta vehicle which was found to be unsafe and one of carrying on the business of IH Lifestyle Trading Company Ltd for a fraudulent purpose, namely the deliberate fabrication of service histories, deliberate concealment of the condition of vehicles, deliberate concealment of the name of the company and deliberate concealment of their previous status as write offs, to sell vehicles for higher profit and to prevent customers from enforcing their consumer rights.
