Two offences following two inspections at Super Bubble Station, Mk 11 Grand Central, Stephenson Place, Birmingham. The Company failed to put in place, implement and maintain permanent procedures based on HACCP. Allergen information provided for two dishes, selected at random, was incorrect in that both dishes failed to identify the presence of allergens, which would make each dish unsafe to a consumer who suffered from a food allergy or intolerance.
