The premises and equipment were not kept clean or maintained and the Company failed to control pests. There were no procedures implemented based on HACCP. Food handlers were not trained in food hygiene matters. Washbasins used for the cleaning of hands were not provided with hot and cold running water. Food items were on display past their use by dates.
