Evolve - 1:1 mentoring

About

Evolve offers a mentoring service provided by trained and experienced health mentors in partnership with us.

This tailored support will focus on vital educational transitions, students at risk of becoming not in education, employment or training, or permanent exclusion.

Mentoring will be available for children in care under 16 years old.

A baseline strengths and difficulties questionnaire will identify specific needs and goals for each child or young person.

These sessions may occur face-to-face at school or college, on virtual platforms or outdoors in Birmingham’s green spaces.

This support is accessed via our therapeutic referral form.
